• Professional services are rendered only within the scope permitted to chartered accountants in practice under the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949, the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988 (including Regulation 191 on financial advisory services), and applicable Standards on Auditing / Standards on Quality Management, as relevant.
• Financial advisory services, where applicable, are limited to the scope permitted under Regulation 191. The firm does not arrange or guarantee loans, investments, listings, or funding.
• Enquiries are reviewed in good faith; a response does not imply acceptance of assignment or confirmation of facts not independently verified.
• Do not use this form to share client-confidential documents, passwords, OTPs, or full financial account credentials. For document exchange after an engagement is accepted, the firm will advise a secure channel.
• Complaints against members of the Institute are governed by the ICAI Disciplinary Directorate and are not handled through this enquiry form.
• Personal data is used only to respond to your enquiry and for related administrative purposes, in accordance with applicable law.
